This scheme, for commercial property developer Arlington, was delivered by our sister company – Francis Construction – and consists of the partial demolition of an existing building space followed by the complete hispec modernisation and comprehensive refurbishment throughout.
Set over two floors, the refurbished building provides a contemporary workspace for a variety of uses, including laboratory facilities.
Works included a new lift installation, M&E, extensive façade improvements and the replacement of the roof.
Internally, the bespoke fitted reception was supplied and installed by Francis Joinery.
