Each of our joiners has reached Level 2 or 3 NVQ in joinery. Our focus is to nurture and develop their skills so that they are always learning and improving.
We are proud to have that repaid to us in their loyalty. Some of our joinery team have been with Francis Joinery for over 25 years and many begun their careers as apprentices with us.
